Karen L. Luchka, Fisher & Phillips LLP

Karen Gieselman is an associate in the Columbia office. Karen practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing management in a broad range of employment litigation and traditional labor issues. She also provides employment counseling and advice to clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. Karen is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. During law school Karen clerked for North Carolina Court of Appeals Judge James A. Wynn and worked for the District Attorney in Durham, N.C. where she tried cases in both traffic and district court. She is also the author of "Judicial Independence and State Judicial Selection Methods" which was published in the 2003 edition of the Eckerd Scholar.
